Biking / Hiking
A reason many people flock to Kamloops is the award winning bike trails that are found around the Kamloops area. No matter what your skill level is, you'll be able to find a trail that is right for you. Kamloops has recently hosted the Canadian Cup Downhill Races for the past three years at the Sun Peaks Resort.
The Kamloops area is littered with hundreds of beautiful hiking trails. There are trails fit for the amateur hiker as well as the expert. Many agree that Kamloops is one of the best hiking spots in all the interior because of it's fabulous surroundings and notorious good weather.
